Ukraine works off a European model of action for security and law and order during football matches on the eve of Euro 2012. In accordance with the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, studied the experience of European countries, their mechanisms of organization for security championships.

This was discussed during a meeting with the participation of Deputy Interior Minister Viktor Ratushniak, representatives of the Department of Public Safety Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Interior Troops of the Inspector General of Police preparedness of the federal lands of the Federal Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Federal Republic of Germany, Mr Jurgen Schubert.

Given that Ukraine and Poland accepts UEFA Euro 2012, with a view to improving the security of mass events, exchange of international experience, are systematically training, seminars and missions abroad personnel MIA of Germany. According to Victor Ratushnyak Ukraine is interesting in cooperation with German police.

"The question of learning the FRG security and order during large-scale sporting events today is extremely important. Because the Interior Ministry considers it necessary to continue to cooperate with the police in Germany, in particular, for 2010-2011 proposes to consider the possibility of business trips to Germany representatives of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry and holding of seminars and other educational activities with participation of German experts "- said V. Ratushniak.

He also thanked Mr. Schubert for the assistance provided by German experts of the Ukrainian militia.

In turn, Juergen Schubert shared experience, which has become the police of Germany during the continental championship in Switzerland and Austria two years ago.

"We enrich your experience through these championships and borrow a lot of new. As an example - while watching yesterday's match Ukraine-Holland in Donetsk, we were pleasantly surprised, first of all, a high level of training, namely, as police officers to ensure public order and coordinate their actions ", - said Mr. Schubert.

Separate topic for discussion was about possible provocations by the European football fans. In particular, Victor Ratushniak said that the issue of foreign groups of football fans Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine has been doing for several years.

"At the moment the relevant clause was created with Ukrainian Interpol office. I hope with your help and support of other law enforcement agencies in Europe, we will make a databank of football fans, who will meet all international standards ", - said deputy minister.
