Metalist filed a complaint to the Appeals Committee of Football Federation of Ukraine

The complaint to the Appeals Committee of FFU was drafted with the participation of outside legal counsel - the law firm Magisters (Kiev).
FC Metalist believes that the decision, the FTC issued FFU with multiple violations of substantive and procedural rules of statutory and regulatory documents FFU, UEFA and FIFA, including gross violations of disciplinary rules FFU (as amended in 2007, and in the editorial 2009), Ukrainian legislation, and so on, "- noted in the appeal.
"Now, - said in the complaint - FC Metalist received only part of a resolution FTC FFU. By letter dated August 17, 2010 FC Metalist demanded in the FTC's FFU provide the motivational part of the solution. Accordingly, no further arguments FC Metalist on appeal , evidence, documents and other materials referred to in Article 87 of the disciplinary rules of FFU, as well as other possible additions and clarifications to the complaint will be filed with the Appeals Committee after receiving the motivational part of the solution. "
Accordingly, pursuant to articles 61, 78, 81, 89 disciplinary rules FFU, FC Metalist "demands" to reverse the decision control and disciplinary committee of the Football Federation of Ukraine on 2-9 August 2010 in the case of the Committee's conclusions FFU ethics and fair play with regard to violations principles of "Fair Play" before and during the match the 26 th round of the season 2007/2008 1917 Ukrainian Premier League between the teams of FC Metalist Kharkiv - FC Karpaty Lviv, which was held April 19, 2008.
