Adam Hersh, polish Minister of Sports and Tourism said that the preparations for holding of European Football Championship Euro-2012 in Ukraine has greatly improved in recent months.

"A new government agency that coordinates the preparation of Ukraine, has provided a significant acceleration of the implementation of necessary projects. Now there is no risk for the tournament in four selected cities", - said Minister Adam Hersh at a press conference in Warsaw.

Minister of Sports and Tourism of Poland Adam Hersh also said that all the stadiums of Poland, which will be league matches of Euro-2012, will be built in time. "All the stadiums will be ready in the summer of 2011, a year before the start of the tournament, as required by UEFA. We will have enough time to test the facilities and bring them into line with UEFA requirements", - said the Polish official.

He noted that Poland now moves from "the infrastructure to the organizational phase of preparation for the championship".
