Allegations about bribery by Ukraine, UEFA officials to obtain the right to host the country's European Championship in 2012 are not true, said Vice-Premier of Ukraine for Euro-2012 Boris Kolesnikov.
According to German newspaper Suddeutsche Zeitung, a board member of the Football Association of Cyprus Spyros Marangos said that five senior officials of UEFA have received 11 million euros for their votes in favor of a joint proposal from Poland and Ukraine, which are granted the right to host Euro-2012.
